The delivery of the products takes place within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the order, except for unforeseen events not depending on the company’s will. The unavailability of one or more products in order, is duly reported before the purchase, so as to allow the user to be informed about the timing possibly different from the established for delivery.

In case of payments via Bank Transker, the delivery of the product will take place within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the amount due on the Gioielleria Rossano’s Bank Account.

The shipments are entrusted to the courier DHL and the goods travel with insured shipping at risk of Gioielleria Rossano di Rossana Rossano e Fratelli SAS.

If this is damaged during reception, please notify the customer by e-mail info@gioielleriarossano.it within 15 days, keeping the damaged products, invoices and packaging in their entirety and thus allowing the damage verification. Once the damaged product has been received, it will be the responsibility of the company to send an intact product equal to the previous one in a period of 15 days starting from the report.

The shipping costs will be anticipated by the customer, to which they will be reimbursed by bank transfer within the same 30-day period referred to above.
